What are sessions?

Sessions represent the files in the folders. This is where the information in each folder is placed.

1. To create a session, click the three dots that appear beside the course that you want to create the session for.

1. Once you select view, a screen that looks like the image below would be displayed.

• The information highlighted using the curly bracket labelled ‘4’ represents the information of the course you want to create the folder for.

• Quizzes and Surveys can be assigned to courses. To do this,

  1. Click assign quiz from the pop-up that appears when you click the three dots that appear beside the course. Refer to the image directly above.
  2. Click assign quiz at the top of the page as shown with arrow 3 in the image below.

• The number of cohorts that the selected course has been assigned to would show on this page. This is shown with arrow 2 in the image below.

• To create a session click on the plus sign beside the folder tab as shown with arrow 1.
